Our client, a large company based in Binley, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This role is very fast-paced with some repetitive tasks.
Key responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
Raising quotations for customers - monitoring an inbox, liaising with internal teams, communicating via email
Accurate recording of enquiries within an internal system
General administration during sales process
Acknowledging and processing purchase orders
Minimum requirements for a Sales Administrator:
Customer service and administration experience
Good with systems - can pick them up with ease
Great written and verbal communication
Can learn lots of information and product knowledge to make accurate decisions
Ideal candidate for a Sales Administrator:
Experience working to targets
Great accuracy and attention to detail
Happy to do repetitive tasks
Professional and calm
Can work well under pressure
