We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator for our client based in Leeds. This role is working for a very well established manufacturing business who really do look after their employees.The role involves supporting the sales team with administration tasks and customer updates. You'll support with the inputting of orders, quotations, delivery and production updates. We are looking for someone with experience working in an administrative role in a fast paced environment, ideally manufacturing but other backgrounds can be considered.The company invests a huge amount of their profits back into the business each year and puts employee well being above profits. They offer flexible working hours, although you will be required to work in the office each day for their core hours.Main duties to include:
Inputting customer orders onto the system
Liaising with sales and production for updates
Taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with queries
Making calls to customers to update them on the progress of their order
Supporting the sales team with quotations and pricing
We are looking for:
An experienced administrator, ideally with order processing experience
An excellent communicator and a confident telephone manner
Someone who is highly organised and works well in a fast paced environment
A team player who supports their colleagues
Someone who gets the job done and sees task through to completion
