Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for an exciting opportunity in the electrical wholesale industry.

Are you an experienced Sales Executive with extensive sales experience selling into the FM market?

Our client is looking for an outstanding, ambitious individual to become an integral part of the team at this well established, forward thinking electrical wholesale business.

This role will involve working as a Sales Executive out on the road as well as internally making appointments and following up on sales visits. Our client is looking for a candidate with a good understanding of projects and contacts within the FM sector with success at winning business.

To attract the top salary you will need to have good knowledge of the sector along with an extensive customer base.

Responsibilities will include:

Proactively seeking out sales orders by establishing excellent working relationships with new and existing customers within the FM sector
Regular contact with customers to secure orders on electrical wholesale products
Being aware of the commercial value and profit of the products being sold
Setting up new customers payments terms
Raising Quotations for customer orders
Progressing queries and following up on sales calls
Providing technical advice where required
Developing the customer base by regular contact


Skills Required:

Extensive current or very recent experience of the electrical wholesale sector with knowledge and connections of the FM market - ideally at least 3 or 4 years
Excellent knowledge of electrical and LED lighting products
Polished communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office)
Enjoys the industry having built good working relationships over time
Reliable and committed working attitude with great organisational skills
A hard-working team player with excellent attention to detail
A self-motivated, professional who understands the importance of getting the job done and responding to the customer as promised.
A solid career history with recent electrical wholesale experience.

Salary is up to £45,000 dependent on skills and experience + excellent bonuses.
