- Write content for use across channels including social media, websites and email
- Use of Adobe design software to produce visual assets
- Update website content on CMS as directed
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice across all marketing materials
- Research promotional merchandise and obtain quotations
- Keep up to date with mortgage market trends and good marketing practice
- Organise and run company events programme, adhering to agreed budgets
- Attend events in person, travelling where necessary, to facilitate smooth running of events
- Work with our Social Committee to support initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing and events databases
- Manage new and existing provider relationships, for example venues and/or catering firms
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with all relevant parties
