Business Development Manager East London 65K per annum + Commission
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development manager to join their team within the East of England. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
The ideal candidate will:
Be a motivated individual with a passion for sales
Have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
Have a strong background in software tools, ideally Salesforce
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Have excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Be proficient in using software tools for sales management (e.g., Salesforce)
Have strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
Have a full UK Driving licence
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Fridays 8am to 4pm.
