DNA Recruitment Solutions have a permanent position for an Account Manager with experience in the energy sector, a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. Our client is looking for candidates with a proven record of cross selling and upselling and a desire to develop in a demanding and growing business.
You will be part of a small, office based team and will have autonomy in your role to build and develop customer relationships while working closely with the Business Development and Operations departments.
The role will require:
Customer service
Account management experience within the energy sector
Strong sales ability and commercial knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Management of customer projects
Computer literacy
Ability to prioritise own workload
Liaising with senior team to develop strategies and report on performance
Communication and negotiation skills both written and oral
Time management in order to meet deadlines
Manage existing accounts and develop new ones
You need to have knowledge of the energy/utilities sector with strong numeracy skills and proficiency with Excel.
