Nova Talent are supporting a UK textiles manufacturer in their search for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the wider Sales Team, based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Working within both B2B & B2C, the successful candidate will responsible for supporting a small and successful Sales team, and will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence across their customer portfolio.
Duties to include:
To actively seek new sales opportunities to expand the existing client base.
Drive sales growth to meet and exceed targets.
Deliver customer care, ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Communicate with customers about promotions and new product launches and any other company and product information required.
Provide quotations in line with customer requirements.
To liaise with internal stakeholders such as production/warehousing in relation to customer orders, to ensure smooth delivery and within the agreed lead times.
Requirements for the role:
Minimum 2 years experience in a sales-driven environment
Proven customer focussed experience
Excellent business systems knowledge including CRM
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Results driven
Passionate and enthusiastic
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
