An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales & Leads Assistant to join a well-established Spas & Pool company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Location: Neston, Cheshire CH64.

Salary: In excess of £25,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm.

To ensure they achieve their plans and provide an excellent customer experience, the company are looking to expand the UK team to support its aspirations for the future. As a result, they are looking to recruit a Sales & Leads Assistant to join their team.

About The Role:

They are looking for a candidate skilled in researching and targeting potential prospects. You will have excellent communication abilities to engage identified companies and generate leads by securing initial appointments. You should be a friendly and confident communicator, passionate about engaging with customers, and possess self-drive and enthusiasm.

If you're knowledgeable and interested about various social media platforms there's an opportunity to develop your skills within the company's social media domain. This could be an exciting avenue for you to explore.

Key Duties (But not limited too):

  • Generating new leads using a database search system, along with planning portals and other social platforms.
  • Contact architects, interior designers, and other professionals to introduce our services via telephone and email.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales once a lead has been converted into an actual appointment.
  • Logging new lead contact details on Act database (training will be provided).
  • Keeping up with up & coming social media trends and implementing strategies to increase leads, followers, and shares.
  • Editing and enhancing visual content on various digital platforms Instagram, Facebook, and other online channels. to ensure a consistently polished aesthetic.
  • Updating company website and diligently maintaining and updating all content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
