Our client, a trusted Which Approved trader with over two decades of industry experience and three bustling customer showrooms, is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
Are you the right person for the job?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the UPVC window and conservatory industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
What will your role look like?
Oversee the daily operations of our sales team operating from our 3 high street showroom
Confirming and issuing daily sales appointments to sales force
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Manage and motivate sales staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Prepare reports on branch activities, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback
