This exciting company in Halesowen is looking for a Telesales Manager to drive their business forward, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of communicating at senior levels and development of a team.
The main duties will be:
Deliver profitable revenues against clear and agreed KPIs
Motivate, train and develop the telesales and telemarketing teams.
Develop scripts and topic guides for use in lead generation
Managing team compensation structure and performance metrics
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills:
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
Ability to prioritise workloads as well as meet tight deadlines
Excel/Microsoft/powerpoint/Word is essential
Knowledge of CRM and SAP systems preferable
Line management Experience
Experience in Telemarketing activities
Proven telesales management experience
