We are looking to expand our team and recruit a Sales Progressor on a part time basis (3 days per week) Based in either our Portishead or Cleavedon branch.
In the role of a Sales Progressor you will;
Liaise between buyers, sellers, and conveyancers to progress property sales.
Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely completion.
Keep all parties updated and informed throughout the sales process.
Resolve any issues or delays to prevent transaction fall-through.
Handle enquiries from vendors, buyers, and solicitors professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and update the database accordingly.
Skills and experience required;
Proven experience within the property sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal requirements is desirable.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office.
In return you will receive;
A basic salary of £27,000 pro rata
Target based commission
