Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters. This includes visitors, suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Develop a firm understanding of the products as well as the industries they are used in.
To be able to take and raise purchase orders, investigate and action queries, organise quotes and samples and take care of any other queries that may come up.
To achieve combined regional sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
