Overview:

Due to rapid international growth, Hudson's exclusive client are seeking the services of an experienced Sales professional to lead their growing sales function across the Globe. This role is instrumental in the growth of the business and driving forward the Global Sales Strategy.

The Role:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as part of the senior management team
  • Leadership, overall co-ordination, and functional management of the sales teams, driving performance
  • Setting revenue targets and KPI's for sales functions
  • External figurehead for key account contacts
  • Deliver budgeted revenues across all brands
  • Responsible for the development the organisations external network
  • Ensure cross selling opportunities are utilised across the business

Skills/Experience:

  • In excess of 7 years sales experience at senior level
  • Ability to translate market insight to business strategy and drive implementable plans
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategy, plan, negotiate and make decisions
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to leverage and negotiate at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership background, incl. mentoring, coaching and influencing
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Experience of international sales operations and manging cross-functional relationships
  • Previous experience of developing a global sales strategy
  • Experience of the Drinks or Beauty industry would be advantageous
  • This role will have 20-30% travel involved
