The Role of the Graduate Customer Success Executive:
Joining as a junior executive you will have a nice mix of home and office-based working, reporting to the head of customer success. You will be responsible for supporting the vast customer base with enquiries, implementation, technical support and will eventually be after full training the key point-of-contact between the Customer Success and Technical teams.

  • Log all incidents / service requests / queries within the Helpdesk System
  • Answer all phone calls and instant messaging from customers
  • Carry out initial diagnostics to resolve or escalate issues
  • Liaise with the customer success teams and software engineering teams
  • Assist others with urgent tasks as required
  • Respond to customer product queries
  • Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
  • Provide updates in team meetings
  • Share ideas for improvement
  • Booking regular meetings and updating clients on new features

The Candidate for the Graduate Customer Success Executive:
The successful candidate needs to be driven, motivated, hardworking, and focussed. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, committed and a real team player

  • You will ideally have a degree or be from a business background with a real interest in tech, IT, and digital marketing
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills

  • Self-drive/motivation and Career ambition

The Package for the Graduate Customer Success Executive:
·£18,000 - £22,000 basic salary
·OTE £5,000 first year
·Pension, Mobile, Laptop
·25 days holiday plus stats
