We're hiring a driven Client Relationship Manager to join a fast-growing, high-performing sales team within the fuel and fleet services sector.
This role is ideal for a confident phone-based salesperson who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into revenue. You'll manage an existing client portfolio while proactively driving growth through daily outbound engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe
Build strong relationships through regular outbound calls and account reviews
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across fuel cards, telematics, toll services, VAT reclaim, ferry bookings, and more
Confidently handle objections and close sales over the phone
Support new client onboarding and provide ongoing account support
Track account performance and identify risks and growth opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed sales and retention targets
