Marketing Assistant

We are pleased to be working on what we think is a genuinely exciting career opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant, to join a forward-thinking international Lloyd s Insurance Broker, based in the heart of the City of London. They are looking for a new full-time person to join them, and offer hybrid working too.

If you have a natural ability to champion a brand, challenge the status quo and look at the finer details then this role is for you. Candidates MUST have experience in SEO, Google AdWords, Social Media Management and good copywriting skills, as well as having superb communication skills and natural flair for creative marketing, coupled with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position from an SME or agency background

They are seeking a highly organised and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to help drive their online marketing and brand awareness through SEO and PPC campaigns with a clear focus on commercial insurance.

This is an excellent opportunity where you will be working directly with the Group Marketing Manager and Directors of company in creating and developing the day to day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategies for the business.

You will ideally have a marketing degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will be highly motivated, energetic individual with the ability to handle tasks proactively and independently with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and organisational skills and a high attention to detail are also key, as is the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads to meet competing deadlines.

Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch, and the salary on offer is circa £24-30k, depending on experience, plus company benefits such as Private Healthcare and Private Dental care plans and discretionary bonus. They also operate Hybrid working.
