Description: | TPS Sales Manager Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing TPS business in Leeds. If you are an experienced People Manager who can drive sales & achieve KPI's, inspire, motivate & challenge whilst keeping a sense of humour, we would like to hear from you. Who are TPS? TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with the high-quality Genuine Parts and products which customers need to ensure they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group along with Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing? As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
