Description:

The Cake Crew are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join our Finance Team. The main duties involve:

  • Raising daily invoices to Customers adhering to a strict deadlines. Ensure invoices are sent out in a timely maner in the correct format.
  • Processing of Cash Receipts, Issuance of Credit Notes and Sales Ledger adjustments. General housekeeping.
  • Chasing overdue debt and adhering to strict KPI s. Cross checking costs for the Company where appropriate.
  • Other Accounting duties where appropriate and assisting the Accounts team

You wil possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Sales Ledger knowledge and experience required, additional training provided.
  • Good Excel skills needed with an appropriate telephone manner.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Good problem solving abilities and a self starter. Ability to be flexible and pursuant is essential for this role.
  • Experience of working with major food retailers would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Be tenacious and meticulous.
