We are looking for a candidate with a STRONG background in international Trading
This is a great opportunity for someone to grow in international trading and focus on the marketing and distributing of various steel products to Middle East, Europe and Africa
Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of International Trading experience (knowledge of packaging raw materials as advantage)
Able to multi-task
Able to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
Team player and ability to work with different nationalities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Travels to overseas field offices, suppliers, and customers
Interpersonal and customer- service skills.
Knowledge of product and sector.
Knowledge import/export procedures including Incoterms.
Duties Include:
Drive the existing business and develop new customers and products.
Cooperate and liaise with international customers and suppliers.
Regular reporting on sales and marketing activity.
Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with the company strategy and defined KPI's.
Identify potential within new and existing customers with a view to growing the UK & Overseas turnover in line with the business extensive growth plans.
Deliver a high level of customer service through value-add sales techniques concentrating on a multitude of market sectors.
Work closely with your internally based colleagues as well as the regional offices to achieve the designated growth targets.
