A well-established and growing business in the civils drainage and water management sector is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its team in the Bradford area. This role offers a mix of office-based and field-based work, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth.

Role Overview

This position involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days visiting clients, managing a portfolio of existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, so a professional and proactive approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of lower spend accounts with care and consistency
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Open new accounts and expand existing ones
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Process enquiries and orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines
• Conduct promotional calls and client visits to support regional growth

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in sales (industry experience in construction is advantageous)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, and self-driven
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools
