European Internal Sales Representative (English & French Speaking) Location: London (Angel) - Hybrid (2 days in office) Salary: Up to 30,000 + Unlimited Commission Potential Travel: International travel included Holiday: 28 days Career Path: Clear progression to External Sales Manager with potential for fully remote working About the Role We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven European Internal Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and French. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving sales growth, and working within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will support European clients, manage inbound and outbound sales activity, and help identify new commercial opportunities across key markets. You'll work closely with internal teams and will have the chance to travel internationally to meet clients, attend exhibitions, or support business development initiatives. This role offers excellent earning potential, flexible working, and an established development route to External Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of European clients, with a strong focus on French-speaking territories. Conduct outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into revenue. Maintain strong communication with clients, providing quotations, product knowledge, and aftersales support. Support marketing and commercial teams with European market insights. Attend international trade shows, client visits, and business meetings as required. Build long-term client relationships to increase repeat business and annual revenue. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM entries, and weekly/monthly activity reports. Collaborate with product, logistics, and finance teams to support client needs.
Skills & Experience Required Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Previous experience in internal sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities within the European market. Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards targets. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools. Willingness to travel internationally when required.
