Responsibilities:
Resource for candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, advertising, Linkedin and cold call Headhunting
Matching suitable candidates to client specification
Interviewing candidates to match suitability
Maintain and develop relationships with candidates and clients, representing the business professionally throughout the recruitment process
Present accurate CVs in company format
Represent the business when required at meetings with both candidates & clients
Develop the brand of the business when networking
Meet deadlines and working towards monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets
