The Role
We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to work in a supportive environment where you will be engaging with our existing customer base, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
Achieve and exceed sales targets with commission incentives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure excellent client support
About You
We re looking for someone who is:
Confident and professional on the phone
Experienced in sales or customer service (preferably B2B)
Target-driven with a proactive attitude
Organised with strong attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
