We are partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking energy supplier to recruit an experienced TPI Account Manager to join their expanding Indirect Sales function.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic utility provider that is investing heavily in growth, innovation and its people.

The Role As a TPI Account Manager, you ll take ownership of a select portfolio of brokers and third-party intermediaries, driving acquisition, renewals and new connections. You ll act as the primary point of contact, building strong commercial relationships and ensuring service excellence from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full performance of your TPI portfolio across acquisitions, renewals and new business.
  • Maintain strong sales retention rates and proactively drive growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships, deliver strong service and remove sales blockers.
  • Create account plans, identify opportunities and track performance.
  • Handle TPI queries, pricing, tenders and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain SLAs and provide clear reporting.
  • Run your desk independently while collaborating with internal support teams.
About You We re looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced minimum 1 year in energy sales, ideally with exposure to both Supplier and Broker environments.
  • Confident & relationship-driven strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Ambitious hungry to grow your career and exceed targets.
  • Motivated & proactive self-driven, organised and commercially aware.
  • A team player collaborative, positive and supportive of colleagues.
  • Goal-oriented thrives in a target-driven sales environment.
