About the Role

You ll be stepping into a warm seat in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment. You ll work directly with warm inbound enquiries, qualifying customers, advising on suitable products, and converting those conversations into orders. Backed by strong marketing support and a buzzing team atmosphere, this is an ideal role for a fast-moving sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and getting deals over the line.

Key Responsibilities

• Making calls to leads, emails and online enquiries
• Qualifying customer requirements and recommending tailored product solutions
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service
• Creating and negotiating quotes with a commercial mindset
• Managing your pipeline and closing sales effectively
• Maintaining ongoing relationships for repeat business
• Liaising with internal teams across marketing, admin and sales support
• Working to achievable KPIs and revenue targets

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment (inbound or outbound)
• Comfortable speaking with customers and identifying their needs
• A confident communicator who s motivated by targets and commission
• Strong negotiation skills and an instinct for spotting opportunities
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
• A team player who brings energy, focus and positivity to the group
• Industry background not essential we re looking for attitude, personality and hunger

What s in It for You?

• Base Salary: £30,000
• Commission: Uncapped with a realistic year 1 OTE of £45,000+
• Hours: Monday to Friday only no weekends, evenings, or shift work
