As Sales Director you will guide a small commercial team you will set the pace through your actions, not pressure.
They will look to you for clarity, direction, and the confidence to push forward. You will have the freedom to build the team around a culture of accountability and professional development, which mirrors exactly how the leadership team operate.

This Sales Director role sits within a global business that is growing.
Their product is engineered, proven and used across a wide range of industries, that gives you the foundations to build new revenue streams while shaping what the next five years look like.

As Sales Director you will also take responsibility for the global sales strategy. You will identify opportunities, convert them, and make sure the right sectors are being targeted.
You will manage pipeline health, forecasting, reporting and the development of both your internal team and international partners.
You know how to balance strategic planning with being hands on when it matters.

This is not a role that sees you tied to a desk. Travel will be a regular part of your routine, especially to the States where many of the key prospects are waiting to be developed. You will still be spending time at the head office in Dudley, staying close to the leadership team, which means you will need to be based within a commutable distance of the Black Country.
