One of our best clients is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join their successful group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.

Maximise sales and profitability across the dealership while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Develop and coach your team, setting clear objectives and recognising high performance.

Manage manufacturer relationships, ensuring brand standards, CSI, and sales targets are achieved.

Take ownership of customer relationships to maintain the highest possible CSI scores.

Identify and drive new business opportunities to boost revenue.
