On behalf of our client, a leading travel retail products organisation, we are pleased to present a permanent opportunity for a Key Account Manager within their Customer and Crew Management department.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a retail or airline environment.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within Account Management.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to conduct meetings, produce clear and concise minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Demonstrated internal and external stakeholder management to support delivery of business objectives.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of airline operations, particularly relating to inflight retail, would be a strong advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, as required by the role.
  • This is a homeworking position
