On behalf of our client, a leading travel retail products organisation, we are pleased to present a permanent opportunity for a Key Account Manager within their Customer and Crew Management department.
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 3 years experience in a retail or airline environment.
Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within Account Management.
Strong experience working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to conduct meetings, produce clear and concise minutes, and follow up on actions.
Demonstrated internal and external stakeholder management to support delivery of business objectives.
Desirable
Knowledge of airline operations, particularly relating to inflight retail, would be a strong advantage.
Additional Requirements
Ability and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally, as required by the role.
