Telesales Executive - Basildon - Full Time - £25,000 basic + commission + bonus

This is a high energy, phone-first sales role where you own the full journey. You ll be making outbound calls, turning cold leads into wins, and building your own pipeline from day one. You ll be backed by a structured 90 day training programme and hands on support from the Department Head, so you re set up to succeed fast.

Duties:

• Hitting the phones daily and keeping activity high

• Owning the sale from first call through to close

• Building and managing your own pipeline

• Handling objections and negotiating like a pro

• Turning effort into commission

What we are looking for:

• High volume outbound sales experience

• Confident, resilient, and money motivated mindset

• Sharp, professional phone presence

• Comfortable hearing no while chasing the yes
