Our client, a leading fastener manufacturer in West Midlands, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a background in metals who is ready to transition into the fastener industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to business growth.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the metals or fastener industry is essential
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.

• Monday Thursday 8:30 am 5:00 pm / Friday 8:30 am 2:30 pm
