Internal Sales Executive

Location: Office-based (flexible working hours)
Salary: Up to 38,000 + 10,000 bonus
Working Hours: Flexible hours with an early 3pm finish every Friday

We are a global manufacturer supplying high-quality products into a wide range of industrial sectors. With an established international presence and a strong reputation in the market, we are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand our internal sales team.

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Internal Sales Executive to manage and develop a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients. This is an office-based role offering flexibility, career development, and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a selection of Spanish-speaking customer accounts

• Taking and processing customer orders

• Communicating delivery timeframes clearly and professionally

• Producing and following up on quotations

• Re-contacting lapsed clients to reintroduce our products and services

• Building long-term customer relationships and identifying new opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be fluent in spoken and written Spanish

• Have strong communication and customer service skills

• Be hungry, driven, and motivated to build a long-term career in sales

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional office environment

• Ideally have experience in internal sales, B2B sales, or a manufacturing/industrial environment (preferred but not essential)

• Competitive salary up to 38,000

• Bonus potential up to 10,000
