Head office based in the outskirts of Coventry - Hybrid Working

35 hours per week. 9.15am - 5.15pm - 1 hour for lunch

45,000 to 50,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits

• Happy being office based initially then moving to hybrid?

Your Role as an Internal Sales Manager:

• You'll be office based in Coventry, working in tandem with the rest of the sales team.
• Helping to coordinate the sales team (2) and their workflow and KPI's.
• Managing customer relationships within technical businesses.
• Coaching and developing the sales team and implementing positive changes.
• Liaise with the Marketing and operations
• Monday to Friday - 9.15am - 5.15pm

Ideal Background for the Internal Sales Manager:

• You'll need to have worked in a sales office before and have had some sort of team leadership.
• Ideally from a B2B sales background, with knowledge of the technical / construction market
• You'll be confident and outgoing, enjoy speaking to people, mentoring and training
• Approachable so the team can come to you.
• Commutable to South Coventry
