The Role A leading professional services organisation is looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join its Health & Safety division. This is a fast-paced, outbound B2B sales role focused on generating appointments with business owners in the SME market.
You'll use CRM data alongside your own proactive approach to build pipelines, develop relationships and consistently hit daily activity and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers
Book qualified appointments for field-based consultants
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and callbacks
Work to daily and monthly sales targets
Use a consultative, relationship-led sales approach
About You
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
Confident making high-volume outbound calls
Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Target-driven, resilient and ambitious
Motivated by high earnings and career progression
