Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum
Uncapped commission scheme with achievable bonuses, averaging £12,000 annually
Standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday; no weekend work

Duties:
Engage with customers to understand their commercial vehicle requirements and provide tailored solutions
Promote and sell a comprehensive range of franchise trucks and commercial vehicles
Guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to final delivery
Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Identify new sales opportunities and develop markets within the franchise truck sector
Provide exemplary after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
Proven experience in truck or commercial vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise dealership setting
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude
Target-driven mentality with a keen desire to succeed and exceed sales targets
In-depth knowledge of the large commercial vehicle market
Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake relevant travel as needed
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
