We are recruiting a Regional Sales Rep to sell software solutions to Farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses across the south East UK region.
This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships within the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales pipeline within your territory.
Identify and win new customers in the farming and agribusiness market.
Deliver on-site and virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Attend agricultural shows and industry events to generate new leads.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within agriculture, agritech, or software.
Strong understanding of the farming and agricultural sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence required.
Package
40,000 base salary
10% commission on all product and training sold
1,200 annual bonus
