Position: Area Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

Area: London/South East

Salary: £60-67,000 + Bonus + EV + Excellent benefits

My client is a leader in Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) and modern construction solutions. We re looking for a driven sales professional to help grow their regional presence.

The Role
• New business with developers, main contractors, architects & engineers
• Full sales cycle from early engagement to contract award
• Securing specifications & influencing design decisions
• Managing key accounts + building long-term relationships
• Working closely with technical, estimating & commercial teams

You ll Need
• Construction sales / BD / specification experience
• Strong network in the Southern construction market
• Ability to read drawings + understand regs
• Confident presenter & strong negotiator
• Proactive, credible and commercially focused

Nice to Have
• LGSF / MMC / offsite experience
• CPD delivery experience
• Salesforce knowledge
