Empowering Learning is looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester office, working within the education sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with at least 12 months' experience who is looking to grow a desk, earn well, and benefit from genuine work-life balance.
The Role:
Managing and developing your own recruitment desk
Building strong relationships with schools, academies, and MATs
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
Developing new business through calls, meetings, and school visits
Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate care
Working towards clear activity and performance targets
The Ideal Candidate:
Has 1+ year's recruitment experience (education preferred but not essential)
Is confident with business development and account management
Is motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

32,000 - 40,000 basic salary depending on experience
