The Role

As Franchise Sales Manager, you ll be the driving force behind our franchise growth with full ownership of sales strategy, lead generation, and relationship building. You won t just sell the brand you ll help define its next phase.

You ll also unlock new commercial revenue through brand partnerships, events, and third-party collaborations adding new income streams you can take pride in building.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow our UK franchise network win new partners and bring our coffee to more communities

• Launch mobile coffee trailers in key markets bring flexible, lower-investment options to ambitious franchisees

• Secure high-value partnerships and events open doors to new revenue and increase brand visibility

• Shape sales strategy with our Head of Operations your input will influence how and where we grow

• Stay ahead of the market your insights will keep us one step ahead of the competition

• Have a proven track record in franchise sales or business development
