Description:

  • Pay: 17.32 per hour (including holiday pay) + additional avg. OTE of 1k- 1.5k+ per month
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Remote working with travel to the company HQ approx. 1 day per quarter (and more if needed)

We are recruiting for a family run, close knit team in a growing area of health and well-being who offer a range of scientifically aligned training programmes both locally and internationally, through live webcasts run from their offices, as well as comprehensive online learning options for diplomas and continuous professional development (CPD) courses.

The key objective of this position is to drive growth within the company through new student acquisition for our main diploma course.

You will have ownership of a client base that will be generated via various marketing activities and will be leading course admission and discovery calls with prospective students and offering expert knowledge of the best course pathway for the client.

Good candidates excel at consultative sales - focusing strongly on discovery.

You should have knowledge and experience with at least two consultative sales models - and ideally helping people make career transitions.

Psychology graduates or similar will be strong candidates as they will have deep appreciation for the product offerings. Those coming from career counselling / recruitment will also be strong candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through acquisition of diploma course clients from an extensive database of leads
  • Maintain a sales database to record all activities
  • Manage online chats via their bespoke system

  • Proven experience of consultative sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Quick learner of bespoke CRM systems
  • Knowledge of web chat systems
  • Ability to build and manage the relationship with new leads, in order to nurture future sales potential
  • Work closely with the support team, fellow members of the sales team and the wider UK team of coaches
  • Contribute to the development of new propositions and offerings
  • Have an easy flowing conversation style both on phone, video calls and in text and email
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent listening skills
