Renewable Energy Sales Representative Location: Royal Wootton Bassett Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Salary: £25,400 basic salary with OTE £40,000 (uncapped commission)
An established, growing business in the renewable sector is looking for a target-driven Sales Co-ordinator to convert warm inbound leads into qualified appointments for a field-based sales team.
This is a fast-paced role focused on calling warm enquiries, booking appointments, managing diaries, and ensuring a smooth handover from sale to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Convert warm leads into confirmed appointments
Manage sales team diaries efficiently
Maintain CRM and track pipeline activity
Support sales with documentation and admin
Ensure quotes are issued within 24 hours
Liaise between sales and operations teams
About You
Minimum 3 years sales support or appointment-setting experience
Proven track record hitting targets
Confident on the phone and resilient (thick-skinned)
Technically minded and commercially aware
B2B experience, B2C experience
Telemarketing Experience
Highly organised, proactive, and able to use initiative
