Robert Half are recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a growing organisation on an initial 6 month contract based in Reading. This role will lead a business critical Salesforce implementation that has stalled and now requires strong leadership, review, and delivery focus to bring it back on track.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the existing Salesforce implementation and conduct a full project review
Assess current progress, documentation, technical configuration, and delivery risks
Re-establish project governance, timelines, and delivery roadmap
Engage with internal stakeholders to clarify business requirements and priorities
Work closely with technical teams, third party partners, and Salesforce specialists
Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and reporting
Drive delivery to agreed milestones within a 6 month timeframe
Ensure strong stakeholder communication across business and technical teams
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent further delays
Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership
Experience Required:
Proven experience delivering end to end Salesforce implementations
Strong background as a Project Manager within CRM or business transformation programmes
Experience recovering or re mobilising stalled projects
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and delivery frameworks
Experience working within B2C organisations (housebuilding experience highly desirable)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability across teams
Experience working in fast paced commercial environments
