Key Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new business and strengthening client partnerships:

  • Develop new accounts and manage key client relationships to maximise revenue
  • Execute proactive sales activity through meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Work closely with marketing, events, and global sales teams to implement MICE Business Development strategies
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records within Opera Sales & Catering and ensure clear communication across departments
  • Attend trade shows, familiarisation trips, and industry events to generate business opportunities
