This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years of professional work experience-ideally in a customer-facing or sales role-who is eager to step into the fast-paced world of property sales.

You'll work side-by-side with experienced negotiators and managers, gaining hands-on exposure to the entire sales journey, from initial enquiries to successful completions. With full industry training provided, you'll quickly develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to thrive in estate agency.

Previous estate agency experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is your drive, professionalism, and genuine passion for property and people.

As a Sales Negotiator at brand Estate Agents in Location , you will receive:

• £25000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

How you will make an impact as a Sales Negotiator at brand Estate Agents in Location :

• Market properties to potential home owners
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
