Job requirements
Contact pre-approved potential customers and clients via phone, email or through the CRM.
Maintain client relationships with regular follow ups
Act as the point of contact for existing client queries and understanding client and customer needs
Successfully act on all incoming leads into the business
Liaising with other departments to ensure the clients smooth transition through the business.
