Sales Negotiator

Pear Recruitment - Sales Negotiator - West Hampstead

Salary - £20,000-£25,000, + commission £50,000 - £60,000 OTE

Driver & Own car required - Car Allowance £150 per month

Our client, based in West Hampstead, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and busy team.

In this role, you will play a key part in the property sales process from start to finish. This is a busy, fast-paced position where you will be working closely with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate agency or property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Excellent organisational skills
• UK driving Licence and own car essential
