Conducting property valuations and winning instructions
Generating new business and securing viewings
Negotiating offers and managing the sales pipeline
Overseeing sales progression and liaising with solicitors, buyers and vendors
Delivering vendor updates and market analysis reports
Leading morning meetings and setting daily targets
Conducting canvassing activities and accompanied viewings
Maintaining compliance and high service standards
You will be expected to drive performance and demonstrate strong negotiation skills throughout the sales cycle.About You
Minimum 4 years' experience in residential sales
Experience at Senior Negotiator level preferred
Proven track record in valuations, pipeline management and sales progression
Strong history of stable employment
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Target-driven and commercially astute
Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence required
Own ULEZ-compliant vehicle
Local knowledge of Iver / Hounslow preferred
