This is with a large and established agent that offers a clear path of progression as well as fantastic earning opportunities.
Working Hours:
5 day working pattern with some Saturdays (not all)
Salary/Package for the successful Sales Negotiator:
A competitive basic salary
Minimum OTE: circa £30,000
Guarantee for the first 4 months

Responsibilities for the role of the Sales Negotiator:
Make proactive outbound calls to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
Attend team meetings to stay aligned on goals and priorities.
Maintain high energy and professionalism in every client interaction.
Conduct engaging property viewings that showcase homes effectively and support successful offers.
Provide a strong level of customer service by supporting clients before, during, and after the sale to build trust and repeat business.
