We're working with a collaborative, growth-focused digital agency who are looking for an Account Manager / Account Director to manage a portfolio of retained clients. You'll be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring work is delivered smoothly, performance stays on track and relationships are nurtured, with clients who are genuinely lovely to work with.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts, maintaining strong, positive relationships
Manage delivery of digital marketing campaigns and website projects
Coordinate internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time, to brief and to a high standard
Support campaign strategy by contributing ideas and insights to client activity
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports that clearly communicate progress and opportunities
Attend client calls, presentations and briefings, adding value through insight and recommendations
Manage timelines, budgets and priorities across accounts
About You
Extensive experience within agency environments, ideally working with B2B clients
Confident managing retained client relationships and day-to-day communications
Strong organisational skills, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
Analytical and able to support reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, positive, and keen to grow within a supportive agency
Content experience is beneficial but not essential
