Salary basic - £18,000 (Guarantee first 3 months) OTE £30,000 - £35,000

Licence and own car required - Car Allowance £200 per month

The Role

• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Advising clients on market conditions and pricing
• Managing offers through to sale agreed
• Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using property software and major portals
• Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused
