Salary: £26k - £30k DOE + uncapped OTE and company benefits.

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 18.00, Sat 9am - 5pm (1 in 3 Saturdays and a day off in lieu)

This role would suit an experienced Senior Negotiator ready for more responsibility, or an Assistant Manager who enjoys leading from the front and generating business.

You will already have a solid background within estate agency and ideally be confident in carrying out valuations and converting new instructions. If you are currently negotiating but eager to progress into valuing, full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for buyers and vendors.
  • Carrying out market appraisals and generating new instructions.
  • Conducting property viewings and delivering exceptional service.
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales.
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants.
  • Preparing and presenting property listings.
  • Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets.
  • Supporting the overall growth and performance of the branch.

The right candidate will have:

  • Proven estate agency experience with a proven valuing background.
  • A mature, confident and professional approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Good IT skills (knowledge of Reapit advantageous).
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
